Renee and her fitness team provide the most comprehensive fitness orientation program in the industry. Voted as Club Industry's "Best New Member Integration Program for 2010", the Club One Fitness Tutorial Program provides members with ten sessions of personal instruction, exercise tools and friendly encouragement so members will be able to utilize the fitness center to the best of their abilities. Upon completing the tutorial sessions, members will be able to navigate comfortably and with the necessary knowledge and experience among an extensive variety of cardiovascular, strength and flexibility equipment available.
Regular reorganization sessions are also included in the membership and can be scheduled with a fitness coach. Let a coach review your exercise regimen and assist you in rediscovering some important exercise technique tips, and in reevaluating your exercise intensity and consistency. We are not just with you at the beginning of your club experience, we will also be with you throughout your stay with us.
Renee Sarracino, an Exercise Science Major at the University of Pittsburgh is certified in Fitness Business Management Certified, has been working in the fitness field for 23 years. Proud of her hometown of Bugettstown, Pennsylvania heritage she spends her free time serving as an EMT with Foxwall Emergency Medical Services. Renee works diligently in her position as director and successfully meets the high standards expected by the members of Club One Fitness.
